We want you to be confident in your 411 Fightwear gear.
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or wear may not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products or opened accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Any product-specific restrictions will be clearly mentioned where applicable.
WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you.
RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product due to an error on our part, 411 Fightwear will assist with the return or replacement process.
REFUNDS
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
