You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, just return your item in the same condition that you received it and we will take care of the rest.
If you have any quality issue complaints, or the received item is not as per your expectation etc, kindly let us know within a period of 5 days and we promise to resolve your queries on a priority basis so that we can arrange the return/exchange for you just like the way you want.
411fightwear strives to keep the world pollution free, so we request you to keep the original item packaging somewhere safe so that your item can be packed using the same package. Our executive will get in touch with you to guide you through the process.
Lost your original invoice? Just mail us the invoice and we will take care of the rest.
Once we receive your returned item, our inspection team will be on it to help and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately intimate you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.
We in our sincere and best efforts, will work to approve your return as soon as possible. We don’t want to keep our customers in dark and so we expect that our customers will return the product in original condition. So subjected to the item condition, on approval of your returned item, we will initiate a refund/exchange to your original method of payment/store credit/exchange back to your doorstep as per your convenience.
You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Not happy with the product? Do not worry for we have got you covered. We care about you and so you can relax not thinking about shipping price while you return the item. We will not charge you anything for return shipping and there are no any hidden costs associated with it.
However, if you would like to generously donate the shipping price as goodwill, we will contribute 50% of the return shipping price towards helping the under-privileged kids.
